14-day withdrawal right

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, email info@canimaps.com within that period and include your order number. After notifying us, return the goods within the legally applicable period.

Return condition

You may handle the goods only as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. You may be responsible for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary for that purpose. Please return the goods with any supplied accessories and, where reasonably possible, the original packaging.

Return shipping

For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods where this is permitted by law and where you were informed of that responsibility before purchase. Contact info@canimaps.com before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions and return address for your order.

Exceptions

The withdrawal right may not apply where an exception is permitted by law, including goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, and sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Refunds

Where the withdrawal right applies, refunds are made to the original payment method. We will reimburse the standard outbound delivery cost where required by law. Where legally permitted, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Faulty or non-conforming goods

Your statutory rights for faulty or non-conforming goods are not affected by this returns policy. If there is a problem with an item you received, contact info@canimaps.com and include your order number and details of the issue.
